Stride for Fragile X and help raise awareness during Fragile X Awareness Month!
Join us for this year’s X Strides to raise awareness and funds to support the Fragile X community! We focus our awareness efforts during July, Fragile X Awareness Month, but feel free to start early or hold your walk or day at the park anytime! You can register as an individual, start a team or join an existing team! We have fun new prizes this year, including special NFXF 40th Anniversary SWAG, which we’ll award after Fragile X Awareness Month concludes (please note: teams have until August 5th to fundraise for prizes). Participate as an Individual or Team
As shown here, when you register you’ll have three options to register:
Participating as an Individual
You’ll want to register in one of two ways:
- As an individual: Use this option to get started right away and fundraise on your own.
- Join a team: If you already know of a team you want to join, register by choosing “Join a team” and you’ll be walked through the process of locating and connecting with that team.
Participating as a Team
To start your own team, choose “Create a team” when you register. You’ll be able to recruit friends and family using our fundraising tools. (If you’re looking for an existing team, choose “Join a team” and you’ll be walked through the process of locating and connecting with that team.)
Prizes and Incentives
Donations received by Monday August 5th will be included in team and individual totals.
- Raise $10,000+ Team
Teams who raise $10,000+ will receive custom tumblers, John’s Crazy Socks (10 pairs), 40th Anniversary swag - Raise $5,000+ Individual
Individuals who raise $5,000+ will receive a custom hoodie and 40th Anniversary swag - Raise $1,000+ Individual
Individuals who raise $1,000+ will receive one free registration to 2025 Advocacy Day and a 40th Anniversary t-shirt - Most Donors Individual:
Individual with the most donors will receive an NFXF swag bag
