Fly With Me Fund

The Fly with Me Fund provides financial assistance for families to travel to a Fragile X member clinic of the Fragile X Clinical and Research Consortium (FXCRC) to receive the most appropriate evaluation and treatment services.

How It Works

The application must be submitted by a Fragile X Clinical and Research Consortium member clinic. To begin the process:

• Locate a clinic near you.
• Reach out to them and ask to speak to the Medical Director or Clinic Coordinator.
• The Medical Director or Clinic coordinator may request additional information to determine eligibility.
