Join the NFXF Heartland – Iowa & South Dakota Chapter as they host this charity bike ride that supports families affected by Fragile X syndrome in Iowa and South Dakota. A prize will be awarded to the top fundraiser!

- Time: 8:30 AM Packet pickup and on-site registration | 9:30 AM Mass Start

- Registration includes: Beer tickets from 515 and Exile Brewing Co. & T-shirt (t-shirt not available for late or on-site registration)
- Cost: $30 – Early Bird Registration until April 30, 2024 | $35 – Regular Registration until May 20, 2024 | $40 – Late/On-site Registration
- Stops: GoodSons Food & Spirits | Mickey’s Irish Pub Waukee | 515 Brewing Co. | Exile Brewing Co.
Additional Details:
- The 40-mile ride is from Des Moines to Waukee & back.
- This ride is on trails with some limited road riding.
- Parking is available across the street from GoodSons in the back.
