Meet the people behind the scenes at the National Fragile X Foundation. While we are here to serve all those living with Fragile X, we couldn’t do what we do without the support of the entire Fragile X community. Together, we can make a difference.

Meet Our Team

Hilary Rosselot, Executive Director

Hilary Rosselot

Executive Director

Hilary joined the NFXF team in 2019. Prior to joining the NFXF team, she worked at the Cincinnati Fragile X Research and Treatment Center for several years. She has experience as a clinical research coordinator across many types of clinical trials and served as the clinical research manager for the Cincinnati program. She earned a bachelor’s in psychology, an MBA, and was previously a SOCRA-certified clinical research professional (CCRP). She enjoys spending time with her family, including her young daughter and Boston Terrier, as well as curling up with a good book.

Kristin Bogart

Senior Director, Development and Communications

Kristin joined the NFXF team in 2019. She has over 25 years of experience in fundraising and non-profit management, event planning, and board and volunteer development. She earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s in public administration. Kristin loves spending time with her two adult sons, playing tennis, and hiking in the Santa Cruz mountains on the California coast.

Director, Community Empowerment

Missy joined NFXF team in 2018 after being an active volunteer since 2010. Missy organized several fundraisers and educational workshops while serving in her volunteer role. Missy is the mother of three children. Her eldest son, Matt, lives with Fragile X syndrome. Prior to joining the NFXF team, Missy had worked as a nurse for more than 20 years. She enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Anna De Sonia

Director, Research Facilitation

Anna joined the NFXF in 2024. She found her way to the Fragile X community through her many years of work as a clinical research coordinator at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. There she worked on research in the pediatric neurology division, with a special interest in Fragile X. Anna earned her bachelor’s in psychology and obtained a clinical research coordinator (CCRC) certification through the ACRP. She likes to take time to enjoy life’s simple pleasures, loves traveling and exploring new cultures, and spending quality time with her dog, family and friends.

Kim Toman

Director of Operations

Kim has been a member of the NFXF team since July 2021. She brings extensive experience in accounting and office management. Her background also includes volunteering and supporting many fundraising events and activities benefiting the NFXF. She has three adult children and enjoys traveling and exploring new places with her family.

Robby Miller

Robby Miller

Director, Clinic & International Relations

Robby has been affiliated with the NFXF since 1999 and has spent over 50 years helping children with special needs, their families and the professionals who work with them. He first became a part of the Fragile X community when close friends had two children with Fragile X syndrome. Robby is particularly interested in how families learn about, access, and receive meaningful care and services. This interest led to his co-founding the Fragile X Clinical & Research Consortium. In his spare time, you’ll find Robby singing and playing rhythm guitar in a band with his long-time musical partners.

Amie Milunovich

FORWARD National Coordinator

Amie joined the NFXF in 2015. She holds a bachelor’s degree in family and consumer science and is a SOCRA-certified clinical research professional (CCRP). Amie has over 15 years of experience working in clinical research. She enjoys Bikram yoga, painting, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Mandie Rush

Development Assistant

Mandie Joined the NFXF team in 2023. Prior to joining the team, Mandie was a cheer and dance coach and tumbling instructor for 20 years and aided developing an all-inclusive program for students with special abilities. In her efforts she gained a deep appreciation for nonprofit work as well as fundraising, event planning and team building. Though her connection to Fragile X isn’t personal, Mandie’s admiration for the community’s spirit fuels her commitment to supporting our mission every day. Outside of work, she’s happiest exploring new trails, traveling with family, and creating decor for special events.
