Tetsuya Asano, MD, PhD, is a 2026 Jr. Investigators Awardee. Tetsuya is a neurologist and physician-scientist in the Peter K. Todd Lab at the University of Michigan. His PhD work focused on mouse models of neurological disease. In the Todd Lab, he uses FXTAS patient-derived iPSCs to test new therapeutic strategies for this currently untreatable condition.
