What makes Jakob Xtraordinary to you?
Jakob is an overcomer. As a toddler, the neurologist used to tell me that I would likely never hear Jakob talk and that he would never walk. I now have a 25-year-old gentleman, who is so full of joy that he can’t hush. It is an honor to be his mother.
