Dear Member of the Fragile X Community,
We are contacting you to let you know about a research program at Vanderbilt University. This program studies new treatments for individuals with Fragile X syndrome.
The purpose of the Fragile X Treatment Research Program is to find out if certain medications are helpful for people with Fragile X syndrome. These studies are based upon research findings in animals suggesting these medications may improve problem behaviors and learning in Fragile X syndrome. The research group is actively seeking adult, adolescent, and child participants with Fragile X syndrome. Please find some recruitment materials for your review.
All study related care, including visits, evaluations, and study medications will be provided to you at no cost.
If you would like to learn more about the Fragile X Treatment Research Program and current studies, please contact Sarah Marler, at (615) 936-3288 or sarah.marler@vanderbilt.edu.
