Please join, Nancy & Ken Carlson, organizers of this charity bike ride with multiple stops throughout the Des Moines, Iowa metro area, to raise funds and awareness for their son’s disability, Fragile X Syndrome. Nancy is a leader of the parent led National Fragile X Foundation, Heartland Chapter which serves families in Iowa and South Dakota.

This ride is primarily on trails with some limited road riding. Goodsons in Beaverdale will be open in the morning for those that want to start with beverages. Then continue to ride to Mickey’s Irish Pub, 50 SE Laurel in Waukee for lunch. We will be heading to 515 Brewing Co at 7700 University Ave, Clive, then onto Exile Brewing Co, 1514 Walnut St, Des Moines before ending back at GoodSons Food & Spirit, 2815 Beaver Ave, Des Moines.

Ride Ends Between:

• 4:00pm – 5:00 pm at GoodSons Food & Spirits. Raffle tickets will also be available. The top fundraiser will receive a prize!
