Pumpkin Carving for Fragile X Awareness

Take the opportunity this Halloween to raise Fragile X awareness by carving an X into your pumpkin and displaying it, along with an awareness flyer. Let the pumpkin (which is now an FX-O-Lantern) spark questions, giving you an opportunity to share about Fragile X.

It is easy to get started:

  1. Carve a pumpkin with the NFXF X or a Fragile X image of your choosing. You can download stencils of varying sizes (PDF), make your own stencil, or go freehand. Be imaginative and creative.
  2. Display your FX-O-Lantern and awareness poster for all to see.
  3. Take a photo, post it on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) with, “Learn more about Fragile X at fragilex.org/learn. #FXOLantern.

All designs and attempts are appreciated. Raising Fragile X awareness is the winner.
